Muslims have attacked US since the days of the Barbary pirates ( ah, the lessons of history ), the kidnapping of Perdicaris, making common cause with Hitler until it was clear he was losing, the Marine barracks bombing in Lebanon, the first WTC bombing in 1993, etc etc. Is the West intolerant of Islam? Is Islam intolerant of the West, Westerners, and Western institutions? ****

Why was Obama bowing to the Saudi king? Video clips gainsay the Administration's denials of any obeisance. Perhaps it was Obama's Muslim upbringing in Indonesia reflexively giving special respect to the "Guardian of the Two Shrines," for a thousand years a special place in the Muslim world.
