Jimmy Carter, missing his time in the spotlight, jumped into the Wilson incident calling the Congressman a racist (for shouting "you lie" during Obama's speech to Congress.) However, anyone who thinks Obama is lying inevitably must think that Carter is an incompetent blowhard who was ( present company excepted ) probably the worst President in recent American history. Since Carter and Obama share almost everything except the color of their skins, disliking their policies is not due to racism.
