One might think Congress' actions are clearly unConstitutional. What's Constitutional, however, is whatever the Supreme Court says it is.

Common sense would indicate that destroying the confidence of business and its ability to operate in the U.S. is a dangerous path to pursue and that our economy will lose. These arguments cut no ice with Congress in general and this Congress, in particular. Why the Supremes defer to Congress' greater knowledge of business and the economy is a wonder and likely a consequence of extreme ignorance on the part of both Congress and the Court.

Is the Bonus Tax Unconstitutional?

The Supreme Court defers too much to Congress.
