Barney Frank's ratio of failure to success is well-nigh infinite and yet he wields more power with each bad decision. It must be entropy: his constant transformation of useful energy into useless.
He even gets away with personal corruption: his lover Herb Moses was an exec at Fannie while Fannie enjoyed Frank's greatest protection; another one ran a gay prostitution ring out of Frank's basement in Washington DC.
