Miranda rights for Afghan terrorists on the field? Absurdity becomes reality.

Criticism during the campaign reached the extreme reductio ad absurdum of predicting that Obama might
"Mirandaize" terrorists. Obama himself pooh-poohed the idea not too long ago.
Now, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) comes back from Afghanistan to testify that he witnessed
1) FBI interrogators taking over from the CIA and the military questioning of Afghan terrorists ( e.g. planting an IED ) caught in Afghanistan.
2) Having the "detainees" being read their Miranda rights, including "the right to remain silent,..., the right to an attorney,...
Rogers cited the confusion that ensued when one of the Pashtun-speaking captives actually asked for a lawyer, since no-one qualified was available. The Obama Administration seems, INCREDIBLY, to be extending the rights of American citizenship, and the protections of the U.S. Constitution, to foreigners engaged in war against Americans in a foreign land.
It was recalled that, when K. Sheikh Mohammed was first captured, he sneered that he would talk only when he got to NY and saw "his lawyer."
