Patricia Murphy on IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman's admission that he doesn't prepare his own taxes.... ****Isn't it time to simplify the tax code so that billions of dollars of time and effort aren't thrown down a rathole and, even more important, that the people can see what special side deals have been inserted into the code by fat-cat lobbyists for unions and other special interests? ****
