Kagan less ideological than Pelosi

Kagan in '97 urged Clinton to ban late abortions AP - As a White House adviser in 1997, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan urged then-President Bill Clinton to support a ban on late-term abortions, a political compromise that put the administration at odds with abortion rights groups.//
****Pelosi, on the other hand, just called on the Catholic Church to speak from pulpit about the virtues of amnesty for illegal aliens. However, she hardly wants the Catholic church even to whisper anything about its position on abortion. Perhaps Pelosi is guilty of "pseudo-papal fallibility." ****
