These provisions are hard to believe: infinitely renewable visas, visas 24 hours after application without background checks, no back taxes to be paid, learn English only by ninth year of visa, eligibility for in-state tuition ( not available to Amnerican citizens from other states ), eligibility for earned-income tax credits, etc etc.
